Matter is a group of items that affect the target value, e.g.:
- Activities matter (measured in minutes) affects Calories target
- Food matter (measured in portions) affects Calories, Fat, Sodium, Cholesterol, Sugar, and other targets
- Consulting time matter (measured in minutes) affects Billing and Pricing targets
- Body weight matter (measured in kg or lb) affects weight targets (no conversion)
