If the pc is configured to access the data source, you will be able to refresh the reports using this software. The reports viewers interface allows easy access to all of your Crystal Reports. The combo box on the tool bar allows you a report of your choice while viewing another report. The opening tab allows you clear access to your reports. Here you are able to add and remove reports to and from the list. The report viewer allows you to export your report your to the following formats: Crystal Report File with Saved Date (RPT), Portable Document File (PDF), document file (DOC, Word), Excel file (XLS), Excel record (XLS), HTML 3.2, HTML 4.0, text file (TXT), and a tab separated file.
