VMI Pro is a fast and reliable badge-printing program. It allows you to produce photo ID cards, badges and nametags for all kinds of users: Visitors, Contractors, Delegates, Staff, TempStaff , Guests etc. VMI Pro has built in templates which utilize VMI's three different types of badges : DaySecure - a one sided laminated badge ideal for the occasional visitor, TempSecure a dual sided laminated badge ideal for temporary staff and contractors, and ProxSecure - a badge with a holographic laminate - ideal for adding photo ID to access control cards. VMI Pro is currently being used to ID employees, schools, libraries, membership, corporate security cards, convention cards, access control cards and all other identification needs. There is no need to buy ANY expensive ID card-making equipment or PVC cards, IDpack prints on your own printer, laser or ink-jet, with the ability to have more templates built in.

VMI Pro is extremely fast in producing photo ID cards, has a very easy to use and readable interface, supports bar coded entry and so is therefore an ideal choice in replacing your visitor management system. If you use a sign-in or Log book in your reception / lobby area, then this software will replace it for a one time fee! Now you have control of the book, your visitors can no longer flick through the pages, or call themselves a popular cartoon character to get entry. You can produce an economic photo id, so in case of theft, you now have a clear photo to match your CCTV video, and you will have checked out their ID! This system has so many benefits we don't have space to name them all Time tracking / attendance.
