A runchart is a quality assurance document that is built by Quality Assurance personnel for the shop floor personnel to fill out for each job ran.
The dimensions needed to keep the part building process in control are determined along with how often the shop floor person should check these dimensions.
EasyRunChart helps you easily accomplish this through a freindly interface :
1.The user enters the header information and then check dimension along with the tolerance.
2.Comments can be added along with the check frequency and also the inspection tool used.
3.Visual or non-dimensional attributes can also be identified.
4.All information placed on the runcharts can be saved (in PDF and Excel formats), edited and reprinted for later job runs.
5.You would then have a tool for objective evidence on how the dimensions looked per each job run.
