Grab-It! is a powerful "icon grabber" for Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP, capable of scanning files, folders and whole drives recursively and export icon groups (or selected subicons) in a variety of file formats, such as ICO,BMP,CUR,JPG,GIF,TIF or as an icon collection (ICL). Features include a screen capture utility, which allows to "grab" glyphs and icons directly from screen in predefined or custom dimensions, as well as an image/icon convertor, which let's you convert Bitmaps, JPEGs, etc. to icon.
