Actual Title Buttons Lite lets you add new Rollup\Unroll and Stay on Top buttons to any window's title bar next to Minimize/Restore/Close. Stay on Top brings the window to the top of the desktop and doesn't allow other windows to hide it. Roll up\Unroll lets you minimize windows so only the title bars remain visible.
