Recommend InstallScript v 1.00 r 12

This is a system for creating WIN32 Setup Programs and Installations (Installers). The application comprises a Scripting Language and a'Wizard'that makes the production of Setup Programs and Installations very easy. InstallScript fully supports replacing running DLLs and EXEs, and permits the installation to be stopped and re-started after a re-boot.And of course, it automatically generates uninstall scripts! (All in self extracting EXEs)
