File Explorer Plug In for encrypting, packing of SME (digital envelope) and signing files, based on X.509 - certificates (PKCS - standard/RSA) under connection to the Windows - certificate database. The program offers the possibility to create self signed certificates. In the own certificate manager you can administrate all certificates or select it for packing SME files.
