Es benutzt hauptsächlich Octanorm Teile, aber auch andere Konstruktionsysteme.
Die Projektierung ist sehr schnell, denn der Projektant kreiert nur den Grundriß und Expos generiert die Visualisierung automatisch.
Es ist möglich das Projekt aus verschiedenen Konstruktionsystemen und atypischen Teilen zusammenzustellen.
