This program is an easy to use GIS solution for people that do not need the sophistication offered by more conventional GIS applications. It allows you to calculate acreage and mileage etc using an ordinary scanned map image of a map. You import the map image as a bitmap, jpeg or gif image and then calibrate it by entering the latitude and longitude of two known points. Afterwards the program can display the coordinates of any other point.
