CoolTicker is a new Tickering information displayer that works in non-disturbing way (no popup, no application focus loose, Ticker can automatically be updated/deleted) for displaying anykind of informations provided by networked users/tech support/admins.
More efficient than e-mails for instant information, better than usual NetSend-like because it do not disturb users, CoolTicker is really good for Call Centers or any Tech Support Staff that need their users to be aware of latest important informations.
Coolticker support plug-ins (web news extractor, visual timers, POP3 notificator...) and developpers can create their own.
External applications can also easily communicate with CoolTicker and use it as local or networked "front-end" displayer.
To better visualize different kind of informations, Tickers can appear in different display interfaces : ScrollBoard, Dashboard, Tipboard.
