With Delenda you can suppress files in one directory when they reach 7 days, transfer those that have more than 12 hours to another directory and move those documents not accessed during last 3 months to an archive folder on the same disk or toward a network drive. Once set up, let it do the work for you automatically.
Delenda daily purges the contents of a list of folders on a workstation or on a server and optionally including also the contents of sub-folders.
You can use 3 methods for delete tasks choosing the destination:
- delete old files immediatly
- delete old files and move them in Recycle Bin
- move old files toward another folder.
When you select this option, you must specify a destination folder.
