I use AntiSpyware software for years now and during this time I checked several tools which all were more or less useful. I started with PestPatrol that once was state-of-the-art but couldn't real-time to threat development. Then I checked Webroot SpySweeper which was pretty cool but uses too much resources of the computer.
Now I installed Trend Micro AntiSpyware that doesn't have any disadvantages:
It's easy to use, reliable, it produces no false positves and is very fast although it don't use to much of your computer's resources.
I can recommend it without hesitation.
